Our trip to Vietnam in February was one of the best we have taken. We loved the variety of places we visited and the friendliness of all the people we met. ERA was great to work with in setting up our tour. We had limited time to spend, but ERA was so flexible, that we were able to see and do everything we wanted to and then some. There were no hidden fees or surprises and everything was first class. When we return we will definitely come back to ERA.

We arrived home about an hour ago. The trip was smooth. Spending the last night in Bangkok at the Novotel was a nice send off.

Security measures at Bangkok airport are ridiculous. Perhaps you will warn your clients.

Martha left a small purse in Hue. Our guide was going to mail it to your office, but apparently it did not arrive before we left. If it does arrive, just keep it. We can easily replace it.

We thank you once again for a wonderful trip that you managed to pull together in such short time. We will be happy to recommend you to friends. And next trip, we will give you much more time.

We have safely arrived back in Australia after our wonderful trip to
Cambodia and Vietnam.  Thank you so much for arranging everything.  It
all went very well - all flights were good, the trip was interesting and
the accommodation etc fine.

I would like to make a special mention about the guides - all were
terrific especially Neak in Cambodia - very knowledgeable and Am in
central Vietnam. Our trip and our understanding of Cambodia and Vietnam
have grown considerable due to all their efforts.

Once again thank you for your organising and planning.  I have passed on
your details to some friends and work colleagues who are also keen to
visit Vietnam in the future. Hopefully they will be in touch with you
over the next few months

Thanks so much for arranging such a fantastic trip for our family.  We had the most wonderful time and loved everything we saw.  Vietnam is a beautiful and interesting country, with such friendly people.  Everything worked out so well, with the flights, guides, hotels etc.  No problems which made for a perfect holiday.  As Anne mentioned, the guides were very good, particularly Neak in Cambodia and An in mid Vietnam.  They were very professional and knowledgeable.
We would like to come back to spend more time in Hoi An so will be in contact in the future to arrange.  Martin is keen to include a cycle tour next time and I want to do some cooking classes in Hoi An.  Do you know of any good cycle tours in Vietnam and/or Laos?
Thanks again and I will be recommending you and your company to my colleagues and friends.
